Tampa Airport Transportation’s Terms and Policies information. We provide luxury car service according to your style, comfort, and need. Still best among all. We do have some Terms and Conditions that you must read before applying for a quote here in Tampa, FL.  On this page you will find information about our terms and cancellation policies. For each of the limousine, Sedan, SVU, Sprinter Limo, and Party bus services we provide.

Cancellation Policies: Terms and Conditions will be applied

Airport Limo Service Cancellation Policy

  •  Firstly, All Changes are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 25% re-scheduling fee will apply.
  • Secondly, 24 hours notice, prior to the scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Thirdly, Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
  • Lastly,  No-Shows will be charged in full including taxes.

Weddings Service Cancellation Policy

  • $150.00/$200.00 deposits are Non-Refundable for respective Vehicles.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.

Proms Service Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are Non-Refundable for respective Vehicles.
  • 7 Days notice, prior to scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Night Out Service Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are subject to $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • 3 Days notice, prior to scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
